Read moreHow payments work
Payments are drafted automatically by ACH from the checking account on your loan agreement, on the dates printed there. You do not need to do anything for a scheduled payment to go through, as long as the funds are available.
- Paying extra. Any additional amount goes straight to principal and reduces every future interest charge. There is never a prepayment penalty. See the early payoff calculator.
- Paying off in full. Ask for a payoff quote, because the figure changes daily as interest accrues.
- Changing the account funds are drafted from. Call us at least three business days before the next due date.
- A payment that fails. A returned payment fee of up to $25 may apply and your bank may charge you separately. Call us the same day and we will agree a plan.

Credit reporting
We report installment and personal loan payment history to one or more major credit bureaus. On-time payments build positive history; payments 30 days or more past due are reported as late. Payday and cash advance loans are not reported. More in how loans affect your credit score.
Frequently asked questions
How do I pay extra on my loan?
Call us and ask for an additional payment to be applied to principal, or send one alongside your scheduled payment. Extra amounts always reduce principal and there is never a prepayment penalty.
Can I change the account my payments come from?
Yes. Call at least three business days before your next due date so the change can be processed in time.
What happens if my payment is returned?
A returned payment fee of up to $25 may apply and your bank may charge you separately. Call us the same day and we will agree a plan rather than letting it escalate.
Do you report my payments to credit bureaus?
Installment and personal loan payments are reported to one or more major credit bureaus. Payday and cash advance loans are not reported.
