States We Serve

Loan types, amounts and rates are set by your state, not by us. Choose yours to see exactly what is available.

Loan types, maximum amounts and rates are set by each state's law, not by us. We offer each product only where we hold the licence for it, which is why the mix differs from state to state even though we lend in all 24 below.

If your state is not listed

We cannot lend to you yet. Any site offering you a loan in our name in a state we are not licensed in is not us: verify against our licenses page. You can ask to be notified if that changes.

Understanding the rules

Rate caps by state explains the three regulatory categories. Where payday loans are illegal covers the states that prohibit the product and what can be borrowed instead. Both link to your state regulator.

Each state page should carry the actual maximum loan amount, the fee or rate cap, the licence we hold, the regulator's name, address and phone number, and which of our products are available there. Publishing state pages with generic content would be both a compliance risk and a search quality problem.

Frequently asked questions

Which states do you lend in?

Twenty-four: Alabama, Alaska, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Why is a loan type unavailable in my state?

Because products are licensed separately and state law decides which are permitted. Payday lending is prohibited or made unworkable in several states, so we offer installment and personal loans there instead.

Do rates differ by state?

Yes. Each state sets caps on rates, fees and maximum amounts, and those caps override everything else. Your rate is then set within them by your income and credit profile.

What if you do not lend in my state?

We cannot lend to you. Any site offering a loan in our name in a state we are not licensed in is not us; verify against our licenses page.
